1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Proovli, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us at tryproctorly.app@gmail.com with your concerns or reasons before continuing to use the platform.
Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
2. Description of Service
Proovli provides an online assessment and monitoring platform for educational purposes.
We may update, modify, or improve features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the assessments and content you create.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.
You agree not to upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or in violation of applicable laws.
Proovli reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5. Credits and Payments
Proovli uses a credit-based model for instructor usage. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not recurring subscriptions.
Credit usage is calculated from assessment settings. One credit covers up to 60 students and 1 attempt level. Credits scale based on class size and allowed attempts.
Credits required are calculated using the platform formula: studentUnits = ceil(studentLimit / 60), allowedAttempts = 1 + retakeLimit, creditsRequired = max(studentUnits, allowedAttempts).
Credits are deducted when an assessment is created using the final assessment settings. Credits may also be deducted later if assessment settings are edited and the updated student limit or allowed attempts require higher capacity than what was previously charged.
If settings are reduced after credits were already deducted (for example, lowering student limit or lowering allowed attempts), credits are not automatically refunded.
Payments for credit packs, paid assessments, and certificate-related purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for reviewing payment and assessment settings before completing a transaction.
Credit purchases and other one-time payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Proovli.
6. Certificates and Paid Certification
Proovli may provide certificate generation, verification, and customization features for eligible assessments.
Access to certificates may depend on assessment results, creator settings, platform rules, or payment of applicable certificate-related fees.
We reserve the right to withhold, revoke, or mark a certificate as invalid if assessment integrity rules are violated, payment requirements are not satisfied, or the certificate was issued based on inaccurate or fraudulent information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proovli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting tryproctorly.app@gmail.com.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
